**ZEROBASE Governance Rules

Purpose

This rule aims to ensure the transparency, fairness, and effective decision-making processes of the ZEROBASE DAO, promoting the sustainable development and growth of the $ZBT holder community.

Community Members

All account addresses holding $ZBT can become community members.

Members should actively participate in community activities and adhere to the basic rules of the community.

Decidable Matters

Including:

  • Project Fund Allocation

  • Decide how to allocate community treasury funds, including marketing and operational expenses.

  • Project Priorities

  • Decide on the key development directions for projects, ensuring resources are focused on the most important tasks.

  • Incentives and Reward Mechanisms

  • Establish ecological incentive measures, such as buybacks, airdrops, and rewards.

  • Partnerships

  • Choose collaborations with other projects or organizations.

  • Community Activities and Governance Meetings

  • Organize and arrange community activities.

  • Transparency and Disclosure

  • Ensure the transparency and disclosure of project data.

Undecidable Matters

Matters such as specific team revenue strategies and other issues decided before the TGE, including the white paper shall not be decided by the DAO.

Proposal Mechanism

Discussion Topics

Anyone can post topics, proposals, and suggestions related to ZEROBASE in the forum. Before submitting a proposal, initiators can post a topic in the forum to discuss potential solutions.

Submitting Proposals

Any community member holding more than $500,000 ZBT or any authorized members, can submit governance proposals through Snapshot, detailing the proposal’s content and its potential impact. Before submitting a proposal, they should post in the community for thorough discussion.

Announcement

After submission, proposals will be announced on various community platforms for member discussion.

Voting Mechanism

All major decisions must be made through community voting, with voting weight based on the number of tokens held.

The voting period is 7 days, during which members must participate in voting.

The minimum valid quorum for a proposal to take effect is $2,000,000 ZBT.

A proposal must receive more than 50% of the total valid votes to pass.

Rule Amendments

These governance rules can be amended based on community needs and must be approved by community voting.

**ZEROBASE治理规则**

治理目的

本规则旨在确保ZEROBASE DAO的透明度、公平性和有效的决策过程，以促进$ZBT持有者社区的可持续发展与增长。

社区成员

所有持有 $ZBT 的账户地址均可成为社区成员。

成员应积极参与社区活动，并遵守社区基本规则。

可决策事务

社区可决策内容包括以下内容：

  • 项目优先级

  • 决定项目重点发展方向，确保资源集中于最重要的任务上。

  • 激励和奖励机制

  • 选择与其他项目或组织的合作。

  • 社区活动和治理会议

  • 组织和安排社区活动。

  • 透明度公示

  • 确保项目数据透明度和公示。

不可决策事务

团队具体收益策略，白皮书等其他TGE前已决定的事务不由社区决定。

提案机制

讨论主题

任何人都可以在论坛发布和ZEROBASE相关的主题、提案和建议。提交提案之前，发起人可以在论坛发布主题讨论潜在方案。

提交提案

任何持有超过 $500,000 ZBT的社区成员和授权管理账号，均可通过snapshot提交治理提案，需详细说明提案内容及其潜在影响。提交提案前，他应当在社区发布帖子和大家进行充分讨论。

公告

提案提交后，将在各类社区平台上公布，供成员讨论。

投票机制

所有重大决策需通过社区投票进行，投票权重基于持有的代币数量。

投票周期为7天，成员需在此期间内参与投票。

提案生效的最低有效票数为 $2,000,000 ZBT。

提案需获得超过所有有效票数50%的支持票才能通过。

规则修订

本治理规则可根据社区需求进行修订，需经社区投票通过。
